Miki Reeder

Miki Reeder

President & CEO
What do you get when you combine a Spanish-born, English raised expat in Canada? You get the one and only Miki Reeder, who has spent the last 25 years planning and executing large-scale events across the globe, in a variety of verticals. Throughout his career, Miki has developed long-lasting relationships with senior decision makers within National Oil Companies, government, and regulatory bodies. He has organized over 150 events and has connected tens of thousands of businesses in face-to-face marketing environments, digital channels, and white labelling. Through all of his experiences, Miki has developed the secret sauce for creating exceptional events. (If only he could bottle and sell it). Miki is truly passionate about launching and developing businesses and brands. He co-founded Connect Partnership Group to bring never-seen-before events to Calgary. Miki has created an environment of empowerment, knowledge sharing, and straight-up fun. His leadership style is unconventional (in the best possible way), and he inspires those around him to grow and succeed.
Cintia Lutz

Cintia Lutz

Chief Operating Officer
Believe it or not, there are people who like to play with Microsoft Excel and databases in their free time…Cintia is one of those people. In Events, the devil is in the details, and Cintia is our devil (but the nicest one you’ve ever met). Whether she’s reviewing a vendor contract, planning a move-in, or working with the budget, Cintia doesn’t miss a beat. Cintia brings highly developed skills in Communications, Media Buying, and Project Management to our team. Her pure love for logistics, analytic brain, and the ability to think ten steps ahead make Cintia the perfect fit as Operations Manager. She’s also an amazing mom, a great listener, and keeps all the best snacks in her desk drawer.
Jack Reeder

Jack Reeder

Marketing and Conference Analyst
As a recent Marketing graduate, Jack brings a fresh and modern perspective to our team. Responsible for identifying opportunities, forging meaningful relationships, and managing data sets, Jack combines his congenial personality with his marketing knowledge and research abilities to meet his goals. It’s not easy to navigate the nebulous world of potential event participants and sponsors, but Jack has the unique ability to find the diamonds in the rough. And when he connects with them, he clearly communicates the value of participation and the return on investment. Originally from the West Side of Staines in the UK, Jack has a broadened world view and the ability to assess a situation from all angles. He can always find common ground and is an engaging conversationalist and networker. He keeps us laughing using his quick wit and freakishly good ability to mimic accents. Outside of work you might find Jack at a kickboxing gym, watching footie at a pub, or eating a burger at A&W (sans lettuce and tomato).
Katie Comb

Katie Comb

Co-Founder
Meet Katie Comb: the rare hybrid of an analytic accountant and a creative conference producer. With over ten years of business, finance administration, and management experience, our Scottish firecracker has produced and coordinated some of the most respected energy conferences in North America, including World Heavy Oil Congress, Global Petroleum Shows, and the Oilsands Conference. Katie is the architect of our events, designing them from the ground-up and setting the stage (no pun intended) for meaningful exchanges and maximum value for all participants. That means connecting with hundreds of professionals and taking a Goldilocks approach to find just the right fit for the show. As a Co-Founder, Katie has been instrumental in establishing our company and she’s driven to provide Calgary with new events that not only enhance the profile of the city, but also make a positive impact. Like a true Scot, Katie is forthright, funny, and focused; always willing to lend a hand and go the extra mile.
Kelly Hall

Kelly Hall

Business Development Associate
Small-town prairie upbringing meets big city optimism in our newest team member, and business development guru, Kelly Hall. Coming to Calgary in the early 2000’s from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Kelly has seen Western Canada grow and thrive. Spending most of his career (and life!) in business development across Canada, Kelly’s helped countless businesses engage within their local communities, grow their National business networks, and open international doors. His fondness for building positive, collaborative relationships has allowed him to excel as an industry thought leader, trusted advisor, and casual mentor. Kelly’s passion and excitement shows up in his work, and in the office, it’s truly infectious. It’s also almost impossible not to enjoy reading his social-media posts!
